Turnkey implementation

From survey through material supply to installation and final measurement, the entire acoustic process under one roof. Single point of contact, single responsibility, certified result.

TL;DR

Turnkey acoustic implementation is the comprehensive service model where survey, design, material supply, installation and final measurement are all delivered under one roof. The client never has to manage acousticians, contractors, suppliers and measurement teams separately — there is a single point of contact and Dedatek is the single accountable party.

What is the turnkey model?

Turnkey acoustic implementation is the business model where one company takes responsibility for every stage of an acoustic project from start to final report. The client does not need to coordinate suppliers, bridge between the acoustician and the installer, or evaluate the result on their own.

What stages are covered?

  1. Survey: site visit, current-state assessment
  2. Measurement: acoustic data collection
  3. Design: multi-layer build-up sections, simulation
  4. Material supply: certified products, QC
  5. Installation: careful workmanship by experienced teams
  6. Final measurement: verification that targets are met
  7. Written warranty report: performance certificate

Advantages of single-contact

  • No gaps in the chain of responsibility
  • No "we supplied the material, the installer did the work" finger-pointing
  • Engineering + installation under one roof — consistent quality
  • Time and coordination savings for the client
  • Warranty from a single source
  • Flexible design changes (when site conditions demand)

Our 25-year operating model

In its 25-year history Dedatek has positioned the turnkey model at the core of the business. We have delivered 500+ projects this way; client feedback consistently points to "having a single contact" as a major relief.

Process transparency

The turnkey model does not mean working without the client's input — quite the opposite. It is a process where the client is informed and approves at every stage:

  • Post-survey report presentation
  • Design approval
  • Material samples
  • Weekly installation progress
  • Final measurement report
  • Client satisfaction survey

Where is it ideal?

  • Acoustic intervention during the refurbishment of an existing building
  • Acoustic packages on new construction
  • Industrial-site acoustic enclosures
  • Hotel room renovation
  • Studios, cinemas, concert halls
  • Hospital / healthcare facility

Time and cost

A turnkey project takes 1 week to 6 months depending on scope. Investment is presented as a transparent quotation against scope; we do not introduce surprise costs.

Warranty

Pre/post measurement plus a written warranty report is standard on every project. If the target Rw / RT60 / dB value is not certified as achieved, additional remediation is included under our warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Turnkey installation — which materials do you use?
Depending on project requirements, we use acoustic foam, barrier-backed foam, lead/EPDM barrier, elastomeric rubber, rock wool and double-layer plasterboard systems. All our materials carry international fire-resistance certifications.
How much noise reduction do I get after the application?
It varies according to the existing structure, the adjacent noise level and the target use. Typical residential applications achieve 25-40 dB and industrial projects 35-55 dB. The exact value is confirmed by acoustic measurement.
Do I need to move my existing furniture?
It is enough to clear sufficient space so we can work in the application area. Our installation team takes protective measures for furniture; for small applications minimal rearrangement is sufficient.
How can I request a quote?
You can reach us by phone (+90 530 044 09 90), WhatsApp or our contact form. After a brief conversation we schedule an on-site survey.
